Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Recruiter for Hungary will manage the recruitment process by collaborating with hiring managers, screening candidates, and facilitating interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Utilizing various channels to attract a large pool of qualified candidates and managing candidate pipelines
- Conducting initial interviews and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of full cycle (360) recruitment experience, preferably in volume hiring or agency recruitment
- Experience with blue-collar hiring
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
- Professional-level proficiency in English
- Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach
