Recruiter for Hungary

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Recruiter for Hungary will manage the recruitment process by collaborating with hiring managers, screening candidates, and facilitating interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Utilizing various channels to attract a large pool of qualified candidates and managing candidate pipelines
• Conducting initial interviews and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full cycle (360) recruitment experience, preferably in volume hiring or agency recruitment
• Experience with blue-collar hiring
• Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
• Professional-level proficiency in English
• Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach
