Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to support RPO efforts from Colombia.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across various areas and functions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and priorities
• Manage interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in RPO or staffing agency environments
• Proven experience recruiting across multiple areas
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Experience supporting the broader LATAM market is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
