Recruiter for LATAM

Job Summary

Supporting high-volume hiring across multiple business lines, the full-time Recruiter for LATAM will manage 30-50 active requisitions simultaneously, ensuring a consistent hiring cadence and delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring, supporting multiple client accounts
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels while maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a fair selection process

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or operational hiring
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Bullhorn or similar platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data to support hiring decisions and continuous improvement
