Recruiter for LATAM

Job Summary

Supporting high-volume recruiting for customer service roles, the full-time Recruiter for LATAM will manage up to 50 active requisitions remotely, ensuring a consistent hiring cadence and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels while conducting recruiter screens to evaluate qualifications
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and maintain a fair and inclusive selection process
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or operational hiring
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Bullhorn, Avature, or similar platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data to support hiring decisions and continuous improvement
