Recruiter for LATAM
Job Summary
Supporting internal talent acquisition across the Americas, the full-time Recruiter for LATAM will manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer management, in a remote setting while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Leading full-cycle recruiting from initial outreach through offer acceptance
- Managing a high-volume requisition load while maintaining quality and speed
- Building proactive sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive talent
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven experience in high-volume recruiting environments
- Experience recruiting across multiple industries, such as light industrial and manufacturing
- Strong candidate-facing experience with the ability to manage recruiting end-to-end
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools, such as Bullhorn or Workday
