Recruiter for LATAM
Job Summary
Leading full-cycle recruiting for the LATAM region, the full-time Recruiter will manage a high-volume requisition load, build proactive sourcing strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience while working remotely from Argentina, Peru, or Colombia.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full-cycle recruiting process from initial outreach to offer acceptance
- Conduct structured candidate screens via phone and video to assess skills and fit
- Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and maintain accurate documentation within ATS systems
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven experience in high-volume recruiting environments
- Experience recruiting across multiple industries, such as light industrial and manufacturing
- Strong candidate-facing experience with the ability to manage recruiting end-to-end
- Professional proficiency in English
