Recruiter for LATAM
Job Summary
To support a growing talent acquisition team, the full-time Recruiter for LATAM will lead full-cycle recruiting, manage high-volume requisition loads, and build proactive sourcing strategies while working remotely from Argentina, Brazil, Peru, or Colombia.
Key responsibilities
- Leading full-cycle recruiting from initial outreach through offer acceptance
- Managing a high-volume requisition load while maintaining quality and speed
- Conducting structured candidate screens via phone and video to assess skills and fit
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven experience in high-volume recruiting environments
- Experience across multiple industries such as light industrial and manufacturing preferred
- Strong candidate-facing experience with the ability to manage recruiting end-to-end
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and sourcing tools (Bullhorn, Workday, or similar)
