Recruiter for LATAM
Job Summary
To support talent acquisition efforts in the LATAM region, the full-time Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting, manage high-volume requisitions, and build sourcing strategies while working remotely from Argentina, Peru, or Colombia.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting from outreach to offer acceptance
- Manage a high-volume requisition load while ensuring quality and speed
- Conduct structured candidate screens and drive outbound engagement through various communication methods
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven experience in high-volume recruiting environments
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as Bullhorn or Workday
- Strong candidate-facing experience and ability to manage end-to-end recruiting
- Professional proficiency in English
