Recruiter for LATAM
Job Summary
Leading full-cycle recruiting, the full-time Recruiter for LATAM will manage high-volume requisitions, develop proactive sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience while working remotely from Argentina, Brazil, Peru, or Colombia.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting from initial outreach to offer acceptance
- Manage high-volume requisition loads while maintaining quality and speed
- Build proactive sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive talent
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven experience in high-volume recruiting environments
- Experience across multiple industries such as light industrial and manufacturing preferred
- Strong candidate-facing experience with the ability to manage recruiting end-to-end
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and sourcing tools, such as Bullhorn or Workday
