Job Summary
To enhance recruiting efforts, the full-time Managed Review Recruiter will implement scalable workflows, build standardized playbooks for high-volume hiring, and develop talent pipelines while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and continuously improve recruiting workflows, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes
- Build standardized playbooks for high-volume hiring tailored to various project types and client-specific needs
- Develop and maintain segmented talent pools to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
Required qualifications
- Experience in recruiting for legal or managed review positions
- Proven ability to implement effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels
- Strong understanding of candidate screening and evaluation criteria
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and provide a high-quality candidate experience
- Familiarity with creating and utilizing recruiting playbooks for high-volume hiring
