Job Summary

To enhance recruiting efforts, the full-time Managed Review Recruiter will implement scalable workflows, build standardized playbooks for high-volume hiring, and develop talent pipelines while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Implement and continuously improve recruiting workflows, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes
  • Build standardized playbooks for high-volume hiring tailored to various project types and client-specific needs
  • Develop and maintain segmented talent pools to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
Required qualifications
  • Experience in recruiting for legal or managed review positions
  • Proven ability to implement effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels
  • Strong understanding of candidate screening and evaluation criteria
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and provide a high-quality candidate experience
  • Familiarity with creating and utilizing recruiting playbooks for high-volume hiring
