Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter (Remote, LATAM).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a white-glove experience throughout the full hiring lifecycle while developing ongoing relationships with hiring managers
• Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience through sourcing, engaging, and screening candidates
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for specialized science and engineering openings and proactively build talent pipelines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5+ years of recruitment experience (end-to-end)
• Proven experience supporting multiple business lines
• Experience working with ATS and CRM systems
• 5+ years of stakeholder management experience
• Preferred: Vendor neutral or RPO experience
