Recruiter for Skilled Trades, seeking a fully virtual W2 contract recruiter to manage full cycle recruiting for a multi-site manufacturing client, supporting approximately 75 open roles across various locations in the Central time zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting across multiple production locations
• Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline through innovative sourcing strategies
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience for skilled trades within manufacturing
• Proven ability to handle high requisition loads of 50-75+ positions
• Experience recruiting across 12 or more locations simultaneously
• Must reside in the Central time zone
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
