Job Summary
Owning the talent acquisition process, the remote Founding Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across Go-to-Market and Engineering functions, collaborating directly with founders and hiring managers to attract exceptional talent in a competitive tech market.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting processes, including defining role requirements and aligning interviewers on search strategies
- Develop and execute outbound sourcing strategies while maintaining a strong referral pipeline
- Standardize recruiting processes and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer negotiation
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 2-3 years in-house at a technical startup (B2B SaaS, Series A-C preferred)
- Proven experience in recruiting for Go-to-Market and Engineering roles, particularly in DevOps and Kubernetes
- Strong outbound sourcing track record, evaluating candidates based on attributes and potential
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS, including process setup and automations
- Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of leading intake meetings and team kickoffs
