Job Summary

Owning full-cycle hiring across the U.S. market, the full-time Recruiter will manage the recruitment process for operations, engineering, and technical roles, collaborating with hiring managers and enhancing the candidate experience remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple vacancies across the U.S
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines for technical and operational positions
• Maintain accurate ATS records and track recruiting KPIs while contributing to employer branding initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the U.S. market
• Experience hiring for technical, engineering, operations, manufacturing, logistics, or data center roles
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Fluent English (C1+) with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
