Job Summary
Experienced recruiters will find a remote eligible opportunity as a full-time Recruiter focused on managing the full-cycle recruitment process, conducting market research, and developing candidate engagement strategies across various foundation teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and drive the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Conduct market research to identify top talent and develop engagement strategies to build relationships with potential candidates
- Influence business leaders and educate hiring managers on recruitment processes and best practices
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven track record of building trust and credibility with leaders
- Strong consulting skills with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively
- BS/BA degree preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
