Job Summary

Experienced recruiters will find a remote eligible opportunity as a full-time Recruiter focused on managing the full-cycle recruitment process, conducting market research, and developing candidate engagement strategies across various foundation teams.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage and drive the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Conduct market research to identify top talent and develop engagement strategies to build relationships with potential candidates
  • Influence business leaders and educate hiring managers on recruitment processes and best practices
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven track record of building trust and credibility with leaders
  • Strong consulting skills with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively
  • BS/BA degree preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
