Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter I to manage the recruitment process for high-volume and entry-level positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for high-volume position openings
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates and collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment strategies
- Document and communicate employment recommendations and maintain employment records
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1-3 years of recruiting or related experience required, or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of recruitment and employment practices
- Ability to work with a variety of jobs and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
