Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter I to support workforce growth through full-cycle recruitment for entry-level and moderately complex roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake to offer stage for entry-level and moderately complex roles
- Source candidates through various platforms and conduct initial screenings to evaluate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or related HR experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines simultaneously
- Foundational sourcing and candidate screening skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is preferred
