Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter II.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Partner with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or specialized environments
- Experience managing multiple requisitions across various departments and job levels
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
