Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter II.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Partner with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or specialized environments
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions across various departments and job levels
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
