Key Responsibilities

• Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees
• Sources candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other creative methods
• Maintains accurate candidate records in ATS and VMS platforms

Required Qualifications

• May require a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in the field or a related area
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and work independently in a remote environment
