Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter II to provide effective recruiting services and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Sources, screens, interviews, and refers candidates to hiring managers
- Develops and maintains relationships with placement agencies, HR, and business partners
- Ensures compliance with legal aspects of recruiting and promotes the organization as an employer of choice
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Four (4) years or more of experience in a related area
- Ability to assess staffing needs and take appropriate actions
- Experience in working within defined procedures and exercising judgment
- Ability to contribute to organizational projects and goals
