Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter II to provide effective recruiting services and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sources, screens, interviews, and refers candidates to hiring managers
  • Develops and maintains relationships with placement agencies, HR, and business partners
  • Ensures compliance with legal aspects of recruiting and promotes the organization as an employer of choice
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Four (4) years or more of experience in a related area
  • Ability to assess staffing needs and take appropriate actions
  • Experience in working within defined procedures and exercising judgment
  • Ability to contribute to organizational projects and goals
