Job Summary
Experienced full-cycle recruiters will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Recruiter II, responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle to attract and secure top talent for the Supply Chain Solutions division.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and refer candidates to hiring managers for various positions
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with placement agencies, HR, and business partners to ensure service levels are met
- Ensure compliance with legal aspects of recruiting while promoting the organization as an employer of choice
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Four (4) years or more of experience in a related area
