Job Summary
Experienced in full-cycle recruitment, the full-time Recruiter II will manage the recruitment lifecycle for the Supply Chain Solutions division, focusing on sourcing and attracting high-impact leaders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and refer candidates to hiring managers for various positions
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with placement agencies, HR, and business partners
- Ensure compliance with legal aspects of recruiting and promote the organization as an employer of choice
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Four (4) years or more of experience in a related area
- Experience with high-volume recruitment for entry to mid-level and managerial positions
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and compliance
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
