Job Summary

To support a growing team, the temporary full-time Recruiter in Maine will develop sourcing strategies, maintain relationships with sourcing contacts, and conduct candidate screenings while working remotely for a duration of up to three months.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and administers sourcing strategies for identifying and recruiting potential new hires
• Maintains regular contact with sourcing contacts and ensures compliance with posting guidelines
• Conducts screenings and initial interviews, referring candidates for subsequent interview stages

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 4+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or supporting talent acquisition processes
