Recruiter Liaison

Job Summary

Supporting recruiters in the hiring process, the full-time Recruiter Liaison will verify candidate qualifications, prepare traveler profiles, and facilitate communication in a remote environment while working from 10 AM CT to 7 PM CT.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with recruiters and clinicians throughout the hiring and booking process
• Verify candidate qualifications, references, work history, and documentation
• Provide ongoing support and communication throughout assignments

Required qualifications

• Prior sales, recruiting support, staffing, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
• Comfortable learning new systems and technology quickly
• High level of professionalism and discretion
