Recruiter - Manufacturing
Job Summary
Supporting full-cycle talent acquisition efforts, the full-time Recruiter - Manufacturing will manage recruiting processes, maintain applicant tracking systems, and ensure compliance with employment laws while working remotely across the United States and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Operations leaders and HR partners to align workforce planning with business objectives
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various positions, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Deliver a positive candidate experience and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or high-volume customer-facing roles
- Experience in recruiting for operations, manufacturing, or technical positions preferred
- Familiarity with multi-state and/or Canadian recruiting efforts is a plus
