Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for key clients in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand business needs
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle including role intake, job postings, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Proactively identify and engage top talent through various sourcing methods
Key Requirements
- 2-4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar)
- Able to build trust and credibility with clients and candidates
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
