Job Summary
To support the human resources department, the full-time Recruiter - St. Louis will manage sourcing, interviewing, and recruitment processes while coordinating new hire paperwork in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct sourcing, interviews, and job offers while maintaining candidate databases
- Act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates, interpreting job descriptions and compensation details
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and represent the organization at recruitment events
Required qualifications
- BS Degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle confidential information and relate to diverse populations
- Strong analytical skills to recommend improvements based on data analysis
