Job Summary
To support a leading Healthcare IT company, the hybrid/remote Recruiter will manage the sourcing, selection, and hiring of qualified candidates while collaborating with multiple teams and ensuring compliance with diversity hiring goals on a 6+ month contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Source, select, and hire candidates while managing applicant flow and compliance with company policies
- Provide guidance to junior staffing team members and assist with training on recruiting processes
- Develop job postings, coordinate job advertising, and maintain partnerships with employment agencies and educational institutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training and experience required
- 4+ years of experience in a staffing function as a recruiter
- Deep understanding of recruitment legislation and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS tools, and Workday ATS
- Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional environment with strong organizational skills
