Job Summary

A company is looking for a Search Consultant - Direct Hire Recruiter/Inside Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and interview candidates for direct-hire placements
• Develop and implement business development plans to generate new opportunities
• Maintain compliance with legal and company standards while managing client relationships

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years of relevant business experience
• Must reside in the U.S., preferably North or South Carolina
• Ability to travel up to 10% for the position
• Experience in recruitment within Light Industrial, Engineering, Field Services, Maintenance, or Logistics
