Job Summary

To support a growing recruitment team, the full-time Recruiter - Ontario Licensed will manage full life cycle recruiting for various positions, attract and screen candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full life cycle recruiting for direct hire and temp-to-hire roles across multiple industries
• Attract, source, and screen candidates using various tools and platforms
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate submissions while supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or professional capacity
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is required
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships with candidates and hiring leaders
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining team connections
