Job Summary

Owning the recruiting cycle from sourcing to pre-onboarding, the full-time Recruiter - People Operations will manage talent pipelines, coordinate hiring processes, and serve as the primary contact for candidates in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Source, advertise, and build talent pipelines across various teams and roles
  • Conduct initial communication and screening interviews to assess skill and culture fit
  • Coordinate the entire recruiting process, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and the team
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in startups or fast-growing SMEs
  • Proficiency with various recruiting software and platforms
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in interviewing
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
  • Availability to work during US Eastern Time hours
