Job Summary
Owning the recruiting cycle from sourcing to pre-onboarding, the full-time Recruiter - People Operations will manage talent pipelines, coordinate hiring processes, and serve as the primary contact for candidates in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Source, advertise, and build talent pipelines across various teams and roles
- Conduct initial communication and screening interviews to assess skill and culture fit
- Coordinate the entire recruiting process, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and the team
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in startups or fast-growing SMEs
- Proficiency with various recruiting software and platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in interviewing
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
- Availability to work during US Eastern Time hours
