Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter & People Operations Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles, including sourcing, screening, and negotiating offers
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining organized records and documentation
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Finance & Administration related to hiring and people operations
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth or startup environments
- Experience recruiting across multiple role types, including technical and leadership positions
- Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and basic reporting tools
- Organized and detail-oriented with an ability to manage administrative tasks effectively
- Ability to work as an independent contractor, managing personal taxes and compliance obligations
