Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter & People Operations Generalist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles, including sourcing, screening, and negotiating offers
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining organized records and documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Finance & Administration related to hiring and people operations


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth or startup environments
  • Experience recruiting across multiple role types, including technical and leadership positions
  • Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and basic reporting tools
  • Organized and detail-oriented with an ability to manage administrative tasks effectively
  • Ability to work as an independent contractor, managing personal taxes and compliance obligations
