Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter & People Operations Generalist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for various roles, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining organized digital records
• Provide administrative support to the Director of Finance & Administration related to hiring and people operations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth or startup environments
• Experience recruiting across multiple role types, including technical and creative positions
• Familiarity with ATS systems, such as Greenhouse, and comfort with spreadsheets
• Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing administrative tasks effectively
• Ability to work as an independent contractor for candidates based in Canada or Latin America
