Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter & People Operations Generalist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for various roles, including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining organized records for candidates and employees
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and support HR documentation and reporting


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth or startup environments
  • Experience with an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse) and proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong administrative mindset
  • Ability to work as an independent contractor and manage local compliance obligations
  • Comfortable working U.S.-aligned business hours
