Achieve Test Prep is seeking a Recruiter responsible for recruiting-related activities, consulting with hiring managers to identify their position requirements, and then facilitate and drive the hiring process. Identify qualified candidates that reflect the company's values and meets its job requirements as a result of the interview process.
Responsibilities
-Manage the full-cycle recruiting process
-Screen talent pools and confirm basic qualifications, skill set, interest, job fit, salary requirements, career pipeline and work authorization
-Source candidates through multiple channels to include extensive use of our internet-related recruiting systems
-Identify target industries, companies, user groups, professional associations or education institutions to proactively create pools of qualified candidates
-Develop internal and external networks to support passive sourcing efforts
-Administer skills-based evaluations to prospective candidates
-Complete administrative responsibilities and miscellaneous projects as assigned
Desired Skills and Experience
-3-5 years' work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house or a staffing agency recruiter)
-Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, behavioral etc)
-Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
-Ability to organize skills assessment centers
-Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong decision-making skills
-Flexible schedule
-High school diploma or equivalent
