Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to support recruiting efforts across U.S. operations in a remote, in-house role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for IT, quality assurance, manufacturing, and professional roles
• Coordinate and manage interview processes and maintain accurate documentation within the ATS
• Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience while supporting multiple requisitions simultaneously

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in IT or quality assurance
• Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across various professional roles
• Experience with ATS, ideally Workday
• Ability to operate effectively in a structured, process-driven environment
• Based in the U.S. with availability aligned to Eastern or Central time zones (preferred)
