Job Summary
Managing full-cycle RPO recruiting for clients, the full-time Recruiter (Remote) will source talent, maintain client relationships, and oversee the recruiting process across the U.S. East Coast.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct full cycle RPO recruiting for KellyOCG clients
- Manage client relationships and perform face-to-face interactions
- Lead the recruiting process, including requirement management with HR and hiring managers
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
- Proven RPO recruiting experience
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement
