Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter, Sales & Marketing professional for a remote Human Resources, Talent Acquisition role in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a full-cycle recruiting requisition load primarily focused on Marketing, Sales, and Operations
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and formulate recruitment strategies
  • Facilitate the candidate selection and interview process to deliver a superior hiring experience

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for private, growth-stage companies
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office programs
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and market research tools like Crunchbase
  • Extensive background in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting, preferably in both in-house and agency settings
  • Experience in extending and negotiating offers, including sales commission and bonus incentive plans
