Job Summary

Managing the full lifecycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level Sales positions, the part-time Recruiter Sales/Growth Team will lead recruitment efforts, interface with candidates and clients, and develop proactive recruitment strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts in partnership with executive leadership and senior hiring managers
• Source and screen candidates through various channels to identify top talent
• Participate in networking activities to build relationships and enhance recruitment strategies

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of agency and internal recruitment experience
• Strong ethical standards and ability to build trust
• Highly motivated, strategic, and results-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and a competitive attitude
