Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter Semi Senior Analyst for the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates, conduct phone interviews, and manage candidate assessments
• Maintain the candidate pipeline and facilitate communication throughout the recruitment process
• Draft offer letters and ensure compliance with global guidelines and internal policies

Required Qualifications

• University degree or advanced student in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
• 3 - 5 years of experience in an HR or recruiting environment
• Advanced English language skills
• Advanced skills in applicant tracking systems (ATS) or ability to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions
