Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter/Sourcer to support its Talent Acquisition team during a period of accelerated hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage qualified candidates through various channels
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct initial candidate screens and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Strong ability to identify qualified candidates and assess fit for roles
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
