Job Summary
To support a dynamic staffing organization, the full-time Agency Recruiter - Professional Services will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for various clients, focusing on proactive sourcing and candidate engagement in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from requisition intake through candidate placement
- Source and engage candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and networking
- Screen and qualify candidates, presenting them to clients and negotiating offers
Required qualifications:
- 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency or staffing environment
- Experience recruiting direct-hire professional and/or skilled-labor talent
- Strong proactive sourcing and headhunting skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, comfortable working independently in a remote setting
