Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to develop sourcing plans for assigned positions
• Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring leaders
• Source and create candidate pipelines through various methods including cold calling and social media

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, search firm, or healthcare recruitment
• PHR or other HR certification is desirable
• Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
• Knowledge of basic Boolean search string operators and sourcing techniques preferred
