Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist)

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist) will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and building candidate relationships, while working remotely during EST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies
• Source and engage qualified candidates through various channels, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and outcomes

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, networking, and engagement
• Experience conducting structured interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
