Job Summary
To support an expanding consulting firm, the hybrid contract Recruiter will partner with internal hiring teams to source, interview, and recommend qualified candidates for various professional roles, primarily working remotely with occasional in-person meetings in the Philadelphia area.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with HR leaders and hiring teams to source and recommend qualified candidates
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using various tools and platforms
- Manage full life cycle recruiting efforts, including scheduling and conducting interviews
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- 4-6 years of proven recruiting experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in contract or staffing
- Experience with sourcing candidates using Boolean searches and various recruitment tools
- Proficiency in video interviewing and utilizing MS Teams for candidate assessments
- Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate tracking and documentation
