Recruiter (US Citizenship Required)

Job Summary

Leading the full lifecycle recruiting process, the remote contract Recruiter (US Citizenship Required) will develop and implement hiring strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience over a 12+ month duration.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Develop and execute hiring strategies in collaboration with HR and management
• Utilize tools and technology to source and recruit top-tier talent while adhering to compliance requirements

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience
• 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, particularly in technical, operations, and/or manufacturing roles
• Proficiency in MS 365 products (Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Knowledge of OFCCP compliance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (BS+6-8 YRS or MS+4-6 YRS)
