Recruiter (Vendor Neutral)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter (Vendor Neutral) to manage full life cycle recruiting in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full life cycle recruiting for high-volume positions across various industries and locations
• Attract, source, and screen candidates using job boards, VMS tools, and applicant tracking systems
• Collaborate with hiring managers and program teams to ensure alignment with client needs and compliance throughout the recruiting process

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume, full cycle recruiting
• Experience with VMS tools such as Fieldglass, Beeline, or IQN (preferred)
• Background in working with Program Office or PMO teams (preferred)
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Versatility in sourcing and recruiting across multiple industries and role types
