Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter (Vendor Neutral) to manage full life cycle recruiting in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full life cycle recruiting for high-volume positions across various industries
• Attract, source, and screen candidates using job boards and applicant tracking systems
• Collaborate with hiring managers and Program Offices to align recruiting efforts with client needs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting experience
• Experience with vendor management systems (Fieldglass, Beeline, or IQN) preferred
• Experience working with Program Office or PMO teams preferred
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Versatility in sourcing and recruiting across multiple industries and role types
