A company is looking for a Recruiter - Western Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Serve as a talent advisor to hiring managers, attracting suitable candidates
• Organize recruitment events and promote the company's culture and values

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of corporate or agency recruiting experience; engineering recruitment preferred
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Proven full lifecycle recruiting experience; A/E/C industry experience is a plus
• Must reside within the Pacific standard time zone (with exceptions for TX or UT)
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
