Job Summary

To support a growing Talent Acquisition team, the full-time Recruiter - Wisconsin Licensed will create and implement recruitment strategies, screen and interview candidates, and partner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement recruitment strategies for assigned functional areas
• .Screen applications and conduct interviews using various communication methods
• .Manage candidates through the recruitment process efficiently while maintaining strong engagement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge in Human Resources or a related field
• .Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, particularly in recruiting and interviewing
• .Knowledge of creating and implementing proactive recruitment plans
• .Understanding of state and federal labor laws and employment regulations
• .Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
